The 24-year-old is expecting her first child with long term partner Scott Sinclair, and has been sharing her excitement on Instagram.
Helen, who is six months pregnant, reposted a bikini picture of herself with the hashtag ‘healthy mummy and baby’.
And sources say the couple do not know the sex of the baby, but are predicting a boy.
An insider said: "She's been craving savoury foods which she thinks is a clear sign.
"Helen and Scott don't mind what sex the baby is, as long as it's healthy.
"They are already buying lots of bits and pieces."
In December, Helen took to Twitter to announce that she and 25-year-old Manchester City footballer Scott - who is currently on loan to Aston Villa - are expecting a baby.
She wrote: 'Me and Scott are expecting our first baby in the summer. We are both so happy and so excited.
'Thank you for all your kind messages xxx.' We can’t wait to find out what they’ll call their little one!
