We all know that too much sugar is bad for our health – it can cause mood swings, is linked to diabetes and of course it leads to weight gain. But whilst we see celebs including Davina McCall, Josie Gibson and Gwyneth Paltrow reaping the benefits of a low sugar diet, the prospect of giving up the white stuff can seem like an uphill struggle. Here nutritionist Marika Venäläinen, spokesperson for the Nordic Diet Coach app, shares her top tips for beating those sugar cravings, even on your ‘weak’ days. Here’s her advice:
