The 26-year-old and her footballer fiancé Andy Carroll, also 26, confirmed they were expecting their first child together in December.
But former TOWIE star Billi sent her Twitter followers crazy last night when she hinted she could be having more than one baby.
She posted: “The Triplets Are Coming #triplets", and added three baby emojis.
Of course Billi’s excited fans were quick assume she meant she three buns in the oven, with one replying: “eeeekkkkk serious u having triplets [sic].”
Another added: “Good luck. Hope it’s quick lol xx [sic].”
But it turns out Billi’s tweet was completely innocent and she was simply watching the Channel 4 show of the same name.
Last week Billi shared a tender photo to mark 14 weeks until her and Andy’s bundle of joy arrives.
In the black and white snap Andy has his hands wrapped around her bare bump, making a love heart gesture.
She captioned it: “14 weeks to go…”
It seems Andy is fulfilling his duties by pampering his wife-to-be as she prepares to give birth.
