Cheryl Fernandez Versini has debuted a dramatic new hair style today, lopping off her long locks and opting for a red shade in place of her usual brunette.

The Geordie beauty, who went for a shorter do a few weeks ago, revealed her new look on her Instagram page, where she also mentioned she is judging a competition for L’Oreal.

‘Today I will be judging the UK final of #TheBrushContest I’m also taking over the @lorealparisuk instagram page…keep checking there for updates of my day.’

Cheryl is already one of the faces of L’Oreal, thanks to her much admired hair.

We can’t wait to see some more snaps of the former Girls Aloud member’s new style!
