A startling new trend has been taking Instagram by storm over the past few months- and we don’t recommend that you try this at home.

Gymnastics and yoga instructor Rachele Brooke Smith made headlines earlier this year when she posted images of herself performing yoga poses on the sides of sky scrapers.

Taken from the edge of tall buildings, Rachele is seen balancing on one leg elegantly as though it’s the most natural thing in the world.

Along with defying gravity, Rachele also shared pictures from a trip to Arizona where she is seen doing handstands over some pretty intense looking rock faces.

Yikes!
