A source says: “Katie is hell – bent on keeping her perfect size 6 figure, and her inner circle are worried that she’s taking things too far. She already had an amazing figure and didn’t need to lose any more pounds.
“But Katie is fixated on shedding more weight to get back to being what she calls the ‘real me.’ She says that after being pregnant for two years straight, she wants to show Kieran what she looks like at her best.
