The reality star, who is mother to 21-month-old North West with husband Kanye West, has made no secret of her desire to expand their brood.
However the latest series of KUWTK documents just how much the 34-year-old is struggling to conceive.
Speaking to 30-year-old sister Khloe in yesterday's episode, Kim admitted:
'I've been having sex like 500 times a day.'
Khloe made light of her sister's situation, responding:
'You didn't bone in the bathroom did you,' to which Kim slyly smiled, seemingly confirming her rendezvous.
'You're trying that hard?' responded Khloe to an exasperated (and presumably exhausted) Kim.
Meanwhile Bruce revealed his own battle with the family to Kris, admitting:
'Sometimes I feel so separated, the Kardashians over here and the Jenners over here.'
Kris and Bruce Jenner are separated, amidst rumours Bruce is undergoing gender reassignment.
