According to the Daily Mirror, 31-year-old Lara will file papers to divorce the Little Britain comedian in the next few weeks.
‘As far as she is concerned the marriage is finished’ quoted the paper.
The somewhat unlikely pair got together in 2009 after Walliams took the busty model to a Chelsea football game.
He later filled her home with flowers, and the relationship flourished. By 2010, David had already proposed to his blonde beauty, and the couple wed in London in May of that year.
Speaking just after the wedding, Stone, who has previously battled alcoholism, said: ‘I am madly in love. I’ve never been happier.’
And David was equally loved up, gushing about his international supermodel wife.
‘I would be at work filming and my wife would be saying, “What time are you home because I want to know what time to put the shepherd’s pie on?” I never thought I’d have that. An international supermodel who can make a great shepherd’s pie.’
The couple have one child together, Alfred, 1, and a dog which they dote upon.
They were last seen out and about together in December 2014, with the pair admitting by March that they were having some time apart.
Neither party has confirmed that divorce is imminent.
