It seems as if all the celebs are dyeing (see what we did there?) to be bright blonde.

And, following hot on the heels of Kim Kardashian and Nicole Scherzinger, mum-of-two Lily Allen has unveiled a bleached blonde makeover.

She posted a snap of her new look to Instagram, styling her platinum tresses into a short, straight bob in a side parting.

Lily captioned the photo: "@themartyharper just got me blonde," tagging her hairdresser Martin-Christopher Harper.

Wowzer - she certainly looks different, doesn’t she?

Lily’s hair seems to have gone down a storm with her fans, however, with one writing: “Simply stunning.”

Another added: “You’re so beautiful.”

However one less-than-impressed follower posted cattily: “It looks like shredded wheat… #camelhair! Get it back brunette!”

Kim and Lily are the latest to sign up to the blonde club, joining the likes of Jared Leto, Miley Cyrus and Nicole Scherzinger.
