The 27-year-old TOWIE star has moved on from Lucy, 23, with model Emma McVey and he discussed the two during a recent interview.
He told new! magazine: “Lucy will put on a face full of make-up to go to Sainsbury’s – Emma won’t.
“Emma’s a natural beauty, she doesn’t feel the need to.”
Mario also took the time to complain about the comparisons between the two brunettes.
He continued: “The comparisons to Lucy are getting a bit tiresome. Lucy and her are very different.
“The only comparison is they have dark hair and have both been linked to me.”
Lucy and Mario split in 2013 after he admitted to cheating on her seven times.
But, following their break-up, Lucy claimed he’d done something even worse.
She said at the time: “We didn’t actually break up because of the cheating, we broke up because of something else. I can’t say [what]. It’s worse, really.”
Mario recently confirmed he and Emma will move in together. He told OK! magazine: “I’m buying a house this year, and that house is for me, but no doubt Emma will move in because she lives in Leeds, so it’s pretty much all or nothing.”
