Following leaked audio clips in which 23-year-old Dan threatened to stab Megan – the mother of his 15-month-old son Teddy – Remzi, 20, has claimed his violent behaviour is nothing new.
Speaking to Star magazine, Remzi said: “When they were together, Megan kept very quiet about everything. I don’t think anyone knew the full extent of what was going on.
“We all thought he was the golden boy and that my sister was being a brat. Looking back, it’s crazy how much he manipulated us all. [He’s] obsessive and manipulative. He’s hurt my sister so much.”
During the clips, obtained by The Sun, Megan, 22, can be heard pleading with former TOWIE star Dan not to hit her as Teddy cries in the background.
Dan is now in a relationship with EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa, 22, and they have baby girl Ella Selina together.
Remzi insists Megan tried to reach out to Jacqueline to warn her of Dan’s ways, but he put a stop to all efforts of contact.
He continued: “[Megan] asked Dan if she could meet her and he said no – point blank. He’s told them both so many lies about each other and he’s scared of being caught out.
“When my sister first got into a relationship with Dan, one of his exes tried to message her and Dan said, ‘F**k her, she’s a psychopath’. He’s probably said the same thing about my sister to Jacqueline.”
