The Fifty Shades of Grey hunk has confessed that he STALKED a woman to get into character for his serial killer role in The Fall.

Jamie, 32, made the admission during an interview with the LA Times, and said he wanted to identiify with someone who has that mindset.

He said: “I like, followed a woman off the train one day to see what it felt like to pursue someone like that.

“It felt like kind of exciting in a really dirty way and I’m not proud of myself but I do think I learned something from it.”

But don’t worry: Jamie insisted he kept his distance from the unsuspecting woman and was ‘really half-hearted’ about it.

It comes after dad-of-one Jamie confessed to visiting a sex dungeon to prepare for his role as Christian Grey in the adaptation of EL James’ racy novels.

His visit to the sex dungeon left him feeling a bit uncomfortable

He told the Hollywood Reporter: “I went there, they offered me a beer, and they did… whatever they were into. I saw a dominant with one of his two submissives.”

But Jamie’s trip left him a bit unsettled, and he said he felt uncomfortable returning to his wife Amelia Warner and their baby daughter Dulcie.

“It was an interesting evening. Then going back to my wife and newborn baby afterwards… I had a long shower before touching either of them.”
