Cunningham first rose to fame after she secured breast implants paid for by the National Health Service, as she was born with a condition which meant she had no breast tissue.
But Josie has revealed her quest for perfection is not yet over, writing on her Twitter that she has now accepted a nose job paid for by the tax payer.
‘B4 judging, Listen: I’ve decided to accept the nose job on NHS, not because Im a “Scrounger” but because I feel the weakness’s need exposing (sic),’ Josie wrote.
‘the 3.5K it costs is nothing in compared to whats currently being spent & by me causing uproar: it will highlight whats wrong with the system.’
Josie is frequently trolled for her looks on social media sites, with individuals often picking on her prominent nose to make fun of.
It's worth noting that it is April Fool's day today, so could Josie be having the last laugh at our expense?
