The 36-year-old and her 27-year-old husband are with her eldest son Harvey, 12, and their children Jett Riviera, 20 months, and eight-month-old daughter Bunny.
To rub it in a bit more, Katie has shared some gorgeous snaps from her sun-drenched break.
In one picture, you’d be forgiven for thinking Katie – who is also mum to son Junior, nine, and seven-year-old daughter Princess – had another bun in the oven.
Showing that she and Kieran definitely indulged over the Easter period, they’re both posing with sweets on their bloated tummies.

As they splash about in the pool, Harvey plants a kiss on his stepdad’s cheek.
While we’re sure Katie, Kieran and the kids are having a great time, revisiting Cape Verde must be hard for the former glamour model.
It was the luxury resort where Katie discovered Kieran’s affair with her then best friend Jane Pountney.
