The Japanese are renowned for their off-the-wall sense of humour - especially when it comes to gameshows.

But if you thought Takeshi’s Castle was extreme, you’ll be shocked at this latest export from the East Asian nation.

Sing What Happens is a Japanese gameshow in which contestants must sing karaoke, while being, ehem, pleasured by obliging assistants.

That’s right; contestants must sing their chosen song while trying their very hardest not to ‘finish’ too soon, as women dressed as nurses attempt to distract them using their hands and feet.

Contestants must carry a tune until they ejaculate, hitting all the notes along the way. If they are lucky enough to be crowned the winner, they win a selection of sex toys and pleasure gels to take home.

Don’t believe us? We’ve got a clip of the show right here for you to watch, and it really is as disturbing as it sounds.

We especially like the way the men's privates have been censored using photos of their own faces.

Isn’t it a wonderful world we live in?
