Bailey Miller was admitted to hospital when she lost all feeling from the waist down. Pretty terrifying right?

And, as if this wasn’t scary enough, doctors were completely baffled by Miller’s condition, unable to diagnose what was causing the paralysis.

But, after 11 days of no movement, Bailey suddenly regained feeling, and wanted to share the news with her favourite nurse.

As anyone who has been in hospital will agree, having friendly nursing staff who make you laugh and feel supported is as important as their caregiving, and Miller just couldn’t wait to tell her nurse of her progress.

Wheeling her chair towards the nurse, who can be heard thanking the patient for coming looking for her, Miller then steps out of her chair to high pitched screams from the nurse.

The nurse is obviously overcome with emotion

Immediately wrapping her arms around the girl, the nurse says: ‘Thank you lord, thank you!’ while holding the patient.

She can then be seen bursting into tears, completely overcome with the joy of the moment.

‘I’m so happy for you’ says the nurse through tears.

How amazing is this lady? Time to go and hug the nearest nurse you know now; they’re incredible people!
