Looking as loved up as ever, the handsome pair posed in front of a pool and seafront setting on the French riviera.
‘Happy Birthday to my Love @jeremyparisi’ Kelly captioned the snap, where she sported high waisted denim shorts and a relaxed shirt.
Her model boyfriend, who Kelly began dating in early 2015, wore a black T-shirt that clung to his muscular frame.
In a second snap, Kelly informed her followers that the pair were en route to St Tropez for her man’s celebrations, later posting a picture of the pair grinning from a helicopter.
The couple recently took in the Cannes film festival together.
