The 42-year-old looked stunning in a white lace gown, while Christian, 41, was dapper in a navy suit.
Speaking about her big day, Geri gushed: "We are thrilled, it has been an amazing day, filled with so much love, joy and laughter.
"And the sun shone through. It's been such a day of happiness and one that will always remember. We feel truly grateful. It has been everything we hoped it would and more – perfect."
Also in attendance were Geri's Spice Girl bandmate Emma Bunton and presenter Myleene Klass.
Victoria Beckham, who had to be in Singapore for work, posted a cute throwback of her with Geri and tweeted: "Sending you love and happiness. I'm so sad I couldn't be with you on your special day x I love u x [sic]"
Geri and Christian reportedly got each other some very interesting wedding presents.
Somewhat unsurprisingly, Christian gifted his new wife with a £350,000 Aston Martin DB5.
It's thought that Christian made the extravagant purchase after Geri mentioned it was her favourite model.
Meanwhile singer Geri gave Christian a very special rendition of theSpice Girls hit song Wannabe.
A source told the Mirror: "Before they went on their first date, Christian Googled Geri – and found video of her doing the song.
"Geri found it hilarious that he had to research her beforehand and the ring has become a running joke."
