Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Pour oil into a non-stick pan, and spoon some of the mixture onto the pan in nice, smooth sections.

Allow to cook before flipping. Use a spatula or opt for a pancake flip if you're feeling brave!

Serve with chopped strawberrys and sprinkle a touch of caster sugar.
