Katie Price is looking to get damages from her former manager Claire Powell, who still manages her ex-husband, Peter Andre.
The mum-of-five has claimed that both the Insania singer - with whom she shares two children, 9-year-old and 7-year-old Princess - and Claire misused private information about her.
She is also seeking an injunction after launching the £250,000 legal battle against them in 2012.
However both Claire and Peter have denied the claims, alleging that Katie used her private life for commercial gain.
And, despite the fact that both Peter and Katie have moved on, their past relationship is expected to be talked about a LOT at the trial.
Speaking to The Mirror, a source said: "There's going to be some real courtroom drama.
"All parties have had this hanging over their heads for so long, they're prepared for anything."
The trial has now reportedly been scheduled for 25th January 2016 after a three-year legal battle.
Meanwhile, Peter is currently planning his wedding to Emily MacDonagh, with whom he shares a daughter, Amelia.
Katie has since married Kieran Hayler, with whom she shares two children, Jett and Bunny.
She also has another child, Harvey, from a previous relationship.
