Just when things were starting to look up for increasingly unpopular Jess Hayes, it seems that her flirtatious nature has landed her in hot water yet again.

After a cheeky exchange with ex-partner Josh in the kitchen, she was soon defending her ‘banter’ with cocky Josh.

The ladies man- who ditched Jess for Naomi after the bubbly blonde entered the house- told his ex: "I actually think you're an alright girl, you are quite sound… and you played with my willy a few times!"

Jess then replied: "You haven't had that since though have you? Have you had that since?”

The self-confessed party girl then told the Bolton-born lad: "I don't still want to be with you, why would I want a bit of someone that don't want a bit of me?"

After a heart-to-heart chat with the rest of the Love Island boys, Josh confronted Jess with his own version of events.

He blasted to Jess: "You said, 'So has Naomi not touched your dick yet, like I did?' So are you sure you didn't say that? Because then you said, 'Wait there, I was watching you last night.'"

Red-head Jess denied that she had been ‘watching’ Josh before running off in tears.

An angry Naomi remarked that she felt 'uncomfortable' by Josh's claims about his ex, before blasting her love rival as a 'dirty s**t'.

Josh later said to Jess’s partner Max Morley: "Basically she was asking about mine and Naomi's relationship, she was asking me why did I mug her off and why would I ever mug her off… she was saying that I'm not attractive and then she's saying that I am attractive."

Max was quick to defend his other half and blasted Josh for making a ‘big deal’ out of the situation.

Jess and Max were soon back on track the day after the confrontation as they shared a smooch in the garden.

The drama continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
