The newest Royal Baby was born two-months ago, sharing a birthday with David Beckham who turned 40 on the same day.
So it comes as no surprise really that David, being good friends with Kate Middleton and Prince William, is in the frame to become Royal godfather to Charlotte.
Kate's sister Pippa and William's cousin Peter Phillips are also thought to be high contenders for the honour.
But, while other relatives such as Princess Beatrice are being linked to the duty, it is thought that Charlotte's godparents will consist mainly of non-Royals, just like her big brother Prince George.
When George was christened in 2013, Kate and Wills selected his seven godparents mostly from their close university friends.
One relative thought to be being considered is a sister of Diana, Princess of Wales, which would be a touching tribute to William's late mother.
If David is selected, we've no doubt he would be a fantastic influence on Charlotte.
He and wife Victoria are parents to Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and three-year-old Harper.
