Last month it was revealed Kourtney, 36, had called time on her nine-year relationship with 32-year-old Scott – but Khloe, 31, has insisted he’s one of her best friends.
Fans of the family will be well aware of Khloe and Scott’s close bond but they will also know things haven’t always been great between the pair.
Speaking to Complex magazine, Khloe said: “We’re the best of friends. But what’s crazy is how much I hated him before. Overall I love his progression and growth.”
Khloe also touched upon Kourtney and Scott’s relationship problems, adding: “You can’t deny how much he loves Kourtney. And I do think he tries. We’re very much involved in each other’s lives.”
It was reported that Kourtney – who shares three children with Scott – finally had enough when he was spotted partying with his rumoured ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartolli.
While Kourtney has remained silent over the split, Scott recently admitted he’s doing his best to cope.
During an appearance at Las Vegas nightspot 1OAK recently, he said: “[I’m] just taking it one day at a time.
“With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself.”
It’s unclear if things are over for good between the pair, but it’s been alleged that they are hoping to share custody of Masion, five, Penelope, three, and six-month-old Reign Aston.
