The Strictly dancer has courted controversy over the years for a series of alleged relationships with her co-stars.
Speaking to The Mirror about her relationship with Ben, Kristina reiterated that she has done nothing wrong.
‘He left his wife a year ago’ she said. ‘Recently we started dating but we weren’t allowed to see each other as two single people.
‘I don’t know why I am always attacked. I am a hard-working, self-made person. I support five people in my family in Russia.’
But Kristina isn’t scared to throw her other co-stars under the bus in order to prove her point, calling out fellow dancer Pasha for his relationship with Rachel Riley, Flavia Cacace for her three on screen relationships, and Janette Manrara who dated three co-stars.
Ben’s wife Abby wrote a pointed tweet just last week, after news broke that she was dating the rugby star.
The quote, which read: ‘Some people come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts, then they make us want to leave foot prints on their face….’
Ben and Abby met at the age of 17, marrying in 2003 and having twin daughters in 2008.
But by 2013, everything started to go wrong for the star, around the same time Cohen starred on Strictly.
