The 39-year-old posted a short clip to Instagram, showing his Argentinian model wife, 28, laying on her back and flashing her tummy.
Singer Michael can be heard in the background asking Noah, ‘Who’s in there?’
Adorable Noah, 22 months, points to his mother’s stomach and says simply: ‘Baby’.
Michael captioned the clip: “Noah has some news to tell you… [sic].”
Luisana and Michael have been together since 2008, and they married in Buenos Aires in 2011.
Speaking shortly after Noah’s birth in 2013, Michael gushed: “It’s been what everybody says it would be. It’s the greatest thing that could ever happen.”
Appearing on Canadian talk show The Social, he continued: “You can’t explain until it happens – it’s like telling somebody what water feels like before they’ve ever swam in it.
“I’m being honest with you. I’d heard all of these stories about how this moment was life-changing, but it wasn’t like that for me.
“I was nervous for my wife, and I was happy that he was healthy… but that day, it was like meeting a stranger. I think that next night, it really clicked. I was looking at him, and all of a sudden, I got it.”
