Going by the name PSTAR20144, the man can be seen posing starkers in front of a large mirror - showing off his toned physique and, ehem, everything else.
Fans of the former glamour model agreed that the photo was uncalled for, with one writing: ‘Why do they have to degrade themselves if ladies wanted these photos they would ask for them good on you Nicola xx (sic).’
However others hit out at the model, accusing her of being hypocritical.
