In fact, bad Abi has done some positively horrifying things. Think stalking AND attempting to drown her terrified sister Lauren, not to mention killing the family dog, Tramp.
But Lorna Fitzgerald, the actress behind Abi, has insisted the troubled teen is only going to become more twisted.
Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, Lorna, 19, said: “The dark side of Abi is set to continue.
“There is some really good stuff coming up with Max’s murder trial, and you’ll see that Abi really isn’t as nice as she used to me.”
Regular viewers of the BBC One soap will know that Max [Jake Wood] was recently banged up for the murder of Lucy Beale – after being handed in by bad Abi!
Max’s smug daughter is now free to continue trying to force closet gay Ben Mitchell to love her, and she’s loving life.
Lorna added: “She’s embracing her new role as an honorary Mitchell, and she loves it.”
It seems that we weren’t the only ones absolutely devastated by Max getting locked up, and Jake subsequently announcing he’s taking a year-long break.
“You wouldn’t believe the amount of hate I have had for dobbing in poor Max!" she laughed.
"It is quite funny that Abi is saying and doing all these mean things when she couldn’t look more like an angel in her bird-print blouses.”
