Twins Kelly Acres and Stacey Warrenused to weigh a huge 46st between them, but say they've transformed their lives by having weight-loss surgery on the NHS.

Kelly, who's 5ft 3 and weighed 26st at her biggest, had her surgery in March. She's now 13st 7lb and a size 14-16. She says: "I'm the smallest I've ever been and finally feel happy. I've still got a long way to go to my target size 10, but I couldn't have done it without surgery."
