But it's not what you think: the 37-year-old and husband Kieran Hayler haven't had another child – they've just added to their growing collection of farmyard animals with an adorable baby goat.
Former glamour model Katie shared a cute snap of her kissing her new animal and captioned it with a string of love-up emojis.
Katie and 28-year-old Kieran seem to be planning on opening their own farm, as their long list of animals includes 80 chickens, 20 ducks, five horses and four dogs!
Last year she controversially added two pigs to her collection, and named them after Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas, her two former friends who Kieran had affairs with.
The mum-of-five even gets the kids to help out with them, and this week she posted sweet snaps of Princess Tiaamii with their new sheep, and cuddling up to her new rabbit.
Kieran and Katie's younger children don't escape the work, either! The businesswoman uploaded a hilarious picture of two-year-old Jett Riviera mucking out her horses.
She wrote: "Jett love the mucking out too [sic]."
