After a whirlwind romance, with fans quickly loving the idea of them as a couple, they split in July – and Stacey, 25, has admitted she doesn't know where things went wrong.
Speaking to new! magazine, the former X Factor contestant said: "I have no idea what happened, genuinely. I just haven't heard from him."
Stacey and Jackass star Steve-O, 41, met during Channel 4 reality show The Jump, and showed off their blossoming romance on social media.
But they both commented on how hard their long-distance relationship was, with Stacey living in Essex and Steve-O based in Los Angeles.
She may have been left brokenhearted by her sudden break-up, but at least Stacey has her two children to keep her smiling.
The singer is mum to Zachary, seven, and three-year-old Leighton from previous relationships, and she heaped praise on them.
"They are amazing kids," Stacey continued. "They put up with a lot, you know. They are incredible."
Stacey's representative released a statement following her split from Steve-O, telling the MailOnline: "I can confirm [they] are no longer together.
"Stacey is really hurt by the whole situation, and it's not something she feels able to talk about at the moment."
