Kendall, 19, has modelled for Calvin Klein and Chanel, and revealed that 18-year-old Kylie was envious when her career first started taking off.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, she said: “[Kylie’s] a Leo so she loves attention, and at certain points when we were younger, it bothered her that I was getting attention in terms of my modelling.
“I think that’s a natural younger sister thing – to be jealous.”
But Kendall insisted that her younger sibling is only supportive these days, and said that she ‘shares’ her exciting job with her.
She continued: “I was jealous of her sometimes too! But now she loves what I do and supports me.
“She’s very into fashion and always texts me when I’m dong a big show like, That is the sickest thing ever! How were the clothes?’ It’s as much a part of her life as it is of mine.”
It seems Kylie has enough to keep her busy these days, as big sister Kim Kardashian recently joked that she’s ‘dethroned’ her.
In a clip posted to Kylie’s website, Kim said: “How do you feel now that you’ve dethroned me? I love it, I need some time off.
“I mean, honey, let’s be real, you gotta put in a few years before you actually dethrone me. But I want to pass on the baton to you. Who better to pass on the knowledge to?”
