Carefully standing on one leg, the toddler was filmed balancing precariously on the outside window ledge of an 8th floor window.
At one point, the tiny tot almost loses his balance completely as he stares at the sickening drop below him - with his hands clasped firmly behind his back.
But, thankfully, eyewitnesses in a neighbouring tower block quickly took matters into their own hands and called the police.
By the time local law enforcement arrived, the tiny tot had wandered back inside, having become bored of his game.
He was, thankfully, unhurt.
According to reports, police spoke with the child’s parents and were satisfied that he was safe in the care.
Officers later told local media that they are a normal family without any problems.
