The former One Direction star has allegedly slashed the price of the house he bought for him and ex-fiancée Perrie Edwards.
Zayn and Perrie, both 22, split in August this year, and he put their new house on the market for £4.2million.
But he’s so keen to start a new life in LA that he’s now selling for £300,000 below the asking price.
A source told the Mirror: “Zayn is desperate to sell the property and start his new life in Los Angeles.”
For £3.9million, the lucky buyer will get getting five bedrooms, a gym and a cinema – all set in 25-acres.
Just two weeks after buying the luxury home, Zayn called off his two-year engagement to Little Mix singer Perrie – sending their fans into meltdown.
At the time a source said: “She’s been putting on a brave face as Little Mix have had promotion to do, but she’s obviously devastated.
“Perrie’s being supported by her bandmates. But she’s really in pieces about this.”
Earlier this month Zayn posed on Instagram with pretty blonde, later identified as Carlyn Bryan – sparking rumours he’s already moved on.
