They've been dating for just under a year, and now insiders say Lucy Mecklenburgh could be heading for a Christmas engagement to Olympic gymnast Louis Smith.
Lucy, 24, who was previously engaged to her TOWIE co-star Mario Falcone, was seen attending the Quintessentially Foundation & The Crown Estate's party to celebrate The Fayre of St James's in partnership with Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management without Louis - but pals say she can't stop gushing about her boyfriend.
A source says: "Lucy is so loved up with Louis at the moment - friends say they wouldn't be surprised if he proposes at Christmas. She couldn't stop gushing about him at the party.
"He's been saying that he feels very settled with her and how he sees the romance going the distance. She can't wait to spend Christmas with him and pals say it would be the icing on the cake if he got down on one knee.
"She's been hurt in the past and deserved her fairytale ending."
