Karla Jacinto, who was trafficked by a Mexican gang, was forced to have sex with up to 30 men a day, seven days a week for over four years.

In a recent video, the incredibly brave survivor detailed her ordeal.

‘I started at 10am and finished at midnight,’ the woman explained.

‘Some men would laugh at me because I was crying.’

Karla was groomed from a young age by one of the gang members, who eventually met up with her when she was 22 in Mexico City.

After a while, the girl was talked into leaving with him, and went to live with him for three months.

During this time Karla described she was treated like princess, receiving gifts of clothes and flowers.

But alarm bells started ringing when the man’s cousins started showing up with young girls - some aged just 10 - and eventually admitted that he worked as a pimp.

Ordering her to become a prostitute to earn money, Karla was forced into the sex industry.

‘I had to close my eyes so that that I wouldn’t see what they were doing to me, so that I wouldn’t feel anything’ she told CNN.

Luckily for Karla, she was rescued in 2008 during an anti-trafficking operation, and now works as an activist to prevent other people having the same fate.
