Louisa, 17, struggled during her two performances at the weekend and was visibly ill – but it’s been claimed her condition is not improving.

As if that wasn’t enough, show bosses are said to be concerned the whole semi-final could be thrown into jeopardy, with other constants and even host Olly Murs apparently coming down with the same bug.

A source told The Sun: “Louisa is putting on a brave face but she can hardly speak. We’re worried she could be too ill to continue next week. We couldn’t give her a free pass to the final, there would be uproar.

“But if any of the other contestants come down with the same thing we will really struggle. Olly is also sick and struggling. The bugs going around at the moment are really nasty.”

Despite being praised in past weeks for her flawless voice, last night viewers hit out at Louisa on Twitter for shaky vocals.

A concerned Simon Cowell told Louisa she looked ‘tense’ during her rendition of Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself, to which she replied: “Yeah, I’m not very well.”

Just minutes after 4th Impact’s elimination from the show on Sunday evening, member Celina Gollyan collapsed on stage – for the second time in just a few weeks.

Celina received medical care onsite, and her mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini later assured reporters she was doing well.
