A squirt of ketchup a day keeps heart disease at bay!

Researchers in Finland have discovered that eating tomato ketchup with every meal will significantly lower your cholesterol.
The pigment that makes tomatoes red, known as lycopene, attacks the cholesterol, leading to a healthier heart in just three weeks.
“Lycopene is an antioxidant that helps prevent cell damage leading to heart disease,” explains nutritionist Angela Dowden.
And even if tomato ketchup isn’t your thing, never fear, as other red foods such as watermelon, grape fruit and peppers are all packed with lycopene too.
