1. The competition prize comprises dinner at Sketch with drinks with a minimum value of £100 per person, VIP entrance to night club (location TBC) and drinks to the value of £75 per person, and accommodation for 6 people at hotel (location TBC). Locations maybe changed due to unavailability.

2. The winner and companions must be over 18.

3. The exact dates and venues are at T-Mobile’s discretion, in consultation with the competition winners.

4. The prize must be taken by the end of February 2008.

5. T-Mobile, the venues and their agents reserve the right in their complete discretion to refuse entry to any person, for example for drunkenness or unreasonable behaviour.

6. T-Mobile may film and/or photograph the event.

7. No alcohol or food may be brought into the venues.

8. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value.

9. All attendees take part at their own risk. T-Mobile excludes all liability for any loss or damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Entering the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.

11. The winner and their ‘MyFaves’ may be asked to take part in any publicity reasonably requested by T-Mobile and/or Samsung.
