We’ve all wondered how teeny tiny Victoria Beckham keeps so slim and now we know why… it’s all down to the kids’ teatime favourite of fishfingers!
Apparently since finding out that fishfingers were healthy if you grilled them, a source says she eats them all the time: “Victoria was chuffed when she recently discovered that fish fingers are actually good for you, as long as you grill them.”
The Spice Girl has always admitted to being a fan of fish. She once said: “I eat really healthily. I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish!”
And she apparently loves it so much hubby David calls her Nemo!
But the skinny mum-of-three is definitely onto something here as there are only 47 calories in each Birdseye White Fish fingers!
Serve them with vegetables and you’ve got yourself a very low-cal and nutritious meal.
