First was Madonna with her extreme exercising and now Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has followed suit.
The former 'it' girl has clearly been spending a lot of time in the gym, but with not so impressive results.
Doctors warn that although exercising is good, overdoing it can lead to devastating effects, Dr Carol Cooper said: "It's good to keep active, but you can carry this to extremes."

what are these headcases doing to their bodies if she thinks that look is good for god sake buy her a mirror quick does her parents not take an interest in her at all then young girls think this is the right image then they are found dead i do not hear many doctors speaking out about it
