Echo Beach star Susie Amy, 27, tells us what's in her fridge
Where do you shop?
I shop little and often. I switch between Tesco, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer as they’re all near where I live.
What’s on your daily menu?
I follow a 50/50 diet, which means eating 50 per cent protein and 50 per cent carbs at each meal to keep my energy levels balanced. I’ll have fruit, yoghurt and granola for breakfast, a chicken salad sandwich for lunch, fish and veg for dinner, and I snack on Ryvita and cheese. I do sometimes have chocolate or Haribo sweets too!
What’s your most memorable meal?
After filming Echo Beach in Cornwall last summer, the cast and crew went to Rick Stein’s restaurant. I had delicious cod, chips and peas.
What’s your show-off recipe?
I’m a terrible cook, so I get takeaways!
What’s your favourite drink?
I love tea! I also drink tons of Evian water, and I don’t have alcohol.

Tea is actually great, as it’s packed with antioxidants. But she could switch to green tea – regular drinking is said to boost metabolism, helping your body burn calories more efficiently.”
