Britney smoking when pregnant?

Yesterday we showed you the most pregnant-looking picture of Britney Spears yet, but today has brought a fresh round of pictures of the singer not only hiding her tummy but also smoking with a massively protruding belly.

Hmm, now what can we make of this evidence? The singer has yet to confirm whether she is or isn’t preggers, and while it’s true she has had some ‘mental issues’ in recent months, could she honestly light up and smoke if she was expecting?

Given that her partying has calmed down a lot and she’s been on a health kick is seems odd she would have put this much weight on and rumours are rife that she’ll give birth before the end of the year. Could anyone really drink enough venti frappucinos to build that belly?
