Well ladies I'm rather pleased to say I had a better week and lost 3.5lb. I must admit I was rather shocked!! I had gone downstairs before my hubby and Iwas so shocked shouted "omg 11st 5lb", he heard me upstairs, lol!! So i'm trying to keep up the good work, I really am so close now! Amazing, feel so proud. I now can't wait to get under 11st, will just be so amazing!
 
Swimming was good on Tuesday night and I managed to get 66 length's done, plus the half hour's walk there and back! So an hour in total. I always feel so much better for doing it. I haven't done my exercise DVD all week, it's way too hot (well that my excuse) lol! I have invested in step counter, they say you should do at least 10,000 steps a day and I have been doing over that. I in fact did 19,00 on Tuesday! I'm going to try and build up, do more and more!
 
Going clothes shopping at the weekend for my holiday stuff so I hope I find some nice things. I really hate clothes shopping but maybe now I have lost a bit of weight I might enjoy it a bit more. I have invested in a miraclesuit, for the beach, really good holds everything in, fun trying to get into it, lol, but well worth the smooth curves!

This week has been had good news and bad news..  the good news is I've
just got a fab new job doing nails in a salon and i love it but the bad
news is obviously my 1 lb gain!! But my meals and exercise have been
terrible. I totally went off track after starting this new job..

Sunday was the worst day for food. I went to Edinburgh for a beauty
exhibition and to watch a nail competition. All I ate all day was
sandwiches! By the time I got home it was well after 9pm so I ended up
having some very fattening pizza!!! Oh dear, so much for being extra good this week eh?

I'm promising myself I'm going to rearrange my exercise around my new
working hours and to prepare my lunches before hand to stop the temptation
to buy things I shouldn't.

Oh, another bit of good news is I've just booked a two-week holiday to
Portugal in September which leaves me 4 months to lose as much weight as
possible. 7st 7lbs loss would be good but we'll have to see!

Wish me luck..  i'm going to need it. Hope every one else has had a better week than me.

Another week of no weight loss, though I shouldn’t be surprised I seem to be having more bad days than good days at the moment.

I have managed to stick to my meal plans suggestion of breakfast and lunches during the week however in the evenings I have found myself eating larger meals and at the weekend I have definitely gone back to my old ways of snacking.

On a positive note I have managed to go on the treadmill a couple of times this week and managed to get out at lunchtime to do a quick stroll round the block, this has probably helped me not put on any weight this week and I must admit I have enjoyed the exercise and get a great (if slightly tired) rush afterwards.

I haven’t tried any new meals this week but a great one that I have had a few times is cheese omelette and homemade potato salad, this is made by boiling some new potatoes (cutting them in half) and mixing them with some light mayonnaise and chopped spring onions – but be warned this is a very filling meal!
