Patrick Swayze renews wedding vows

According to reports Patrick Swayze and his wife Lisa Niemi have renewed their wedding vows in a romantic ceremony at their New Mexico ranch.
Patrick was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the beginning of 2008 and will celebrate his 33rd wedding anniversary this June. Patrick is said to be determined to make it to that date and beyond with a friend saying: "He is refusing to give up, but right now he's living for today."
The source also revealed the renewed wedding vows were very special for the couple: "It was very important to him to express his love and commitment to Lisa. They both mean the world to one another."
Recent reports indicate Patrick’s cancer could be more serious than previously thought, with doctors apparently warning him if the cancer spreads to his brain he will have two weeks to live.
