Where do you shop?
I love the fruit, meat and organic selection in Marks & Spencer and Waitrose. I spend about £150 a week. A lot of that goes on berries to snack on!
What’s your typical daily diet?
Breakfast is a fruit smoothie and a Marmite bagel – no butter. I have a big salad for lunch, with tuna and red onion, and snack on berries. I don’t eat carbs after 6pm, so dinner’s at 5pm – something like grilled steak or chicken breast with tomato, onions and garlic sauce, spinach and mushrooms.
What’s your must-have ingredient?
Vinegar! It’s better for your figure than putting olive oil on everything.
What three foods would you take with you to a desert island?
Blueberries, yoghurt and Special K cereal. They work really well together.
What would you cook to impress a man?
Steak with mashed potatoes. I make a mean shepherd’s pie too.
Nutritionist Barbara Wilson says:
“It’s a myth that eating particular foods after a certain time makes you put on weight. Eating late at night may disturb your sleep due to indigestion, but carbs eaten at 8pm aren’t any more fattening than those eaten at 8am! That aside, Natalie eats lots of fruit and veg, and lean-protein foods like steak make her diet filling, satisfying and tasty.”
