Is Leona the new "Bond Girl"?

It looks like Leona Lewis is on the brink of snaring the Bond song deal from troubled Amy Winehouse.
While Amy’s incredible voice and talent made her the first choice of film bosses to sing the theme tune for the 22nd Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, her chaotic life style and erratic behaviour have jeopardised the arrangement.
The soul diva started to record the title song with good friend and producer of the moment, Mark Ronson, but couldn’t pull herself together enough to actually produce anything decent.
Ronson commented back in May that he was “not sure Amy is ready to work on music yet.”
The Bond camp is now said to be negotiating with Leona’s people. The Hackney – born star appeals not only because of her great voice, but, most importantly, because of her clean-cut image.
And thanks to the success of her first album, Spirit, her profile is soaring both in the UK and across the pond.
What do you think? Does lovely Leona deserve to get the job or is the Winehouse a more exciting choice?

i think leona is a much better choice for the bond song, she has a fabulous voice and deserves the chance. amy needs to clean herself up before she continues to make music. the more work and money that is thrown at her, the worse she will become.. in today's world of low morals, amy needs to send a message to today's youth that drink and drugs ruin your life, not enhance it. leeann, north wales
