Shocking Colin Farrell pics

Here at Closer we've been quite worried about Colin Farrell for a while. The once muscular actor has been looking frailer and frailer in recent months but this picture of him relaxing on the beach has really got us fretting.
Colin looks shockingly thin and a shadow of his former buff self. Usually, when these sort of pics emerge, we hear some PR story about how it's all in readiness for a film role but there's no such excuse with Colin at the mo. Someone give that boy a pie!
The bulge in his pants seems to be the only part of him which hasn't shrunk (thanks the Lord).
