Explosive rows, death threats and shock evictions – few would disagree that this has been the most dramatic Big Brother so far. But it has now emerged that Channel 4 bosses could axe the show weeks before it is due to end as tension in the house threatens to spiral out of control.
It has not been a good 24 hours for the Big Brother contestants, with one show insider describing the atmosphere as ‘nuclear’.
Loud-mouthed Bex Shiner became the latest housemate to be warned by BB over her so-called “aggressive behaviour” (we like to call it incessant bitching) towards four of the other contestants.
Closer thought things couldn’t get any worse after Scottish dancer Dennis McHugh spat in the face of Mohamed Mohamed, an incident which led to Dennis being kicked out of the house and even being quizzed by police!
This followed the early eviction of Alexandra De-Gale, surely the most hated housemate ever, for making death threats. Appalled viewers have since made over 1,000 complaints to TV watchdog Ofcom.
Put it all together and what do you get? A bunch of Channel 4 suits holding crisis talks and possibly preparing to pull the plug – with 10 weeks of the show remaining.
The source went on to say: “The house has gone nuclear. If there is a punch-up and someone gets badly hurt, Channel 4 would never recover. There is a feeling the programme must be dropped.”
One remaining contestant was overheard saying that he “can’t take it any more”. Closer suspects he’s not the only one.

iv watched this show since it started
although the things that are happening are getting maybe too much i think they should just pick better housemates and back round checks on them and dont put them in the house if there could be bad bad friction i seen alexs audition tape and i wouldnt put her in the house!
