Singer Natasha, 25, tells us what’s in her fridge
Where do you shop?
I shop at Tesco or M&S as they’re near my house. A big weekly shop usually costs me around £150.
What’s your typical daily diet?
During the week I skip breakfast, which I know is naughty. At the weekend, I have more time, so I usually
make a fry-up of grilled bacon, tomatoes, sausages and toast. For lunch, I’ll have a Caesar salad and then fish with roasted veg for dinner.
Which three foods would you take to a desert island?
Those chocolate puddings that melt in the middle, strawberries and champagne.
What’s been your most memorable meal?
On my honeymoon in the Maldives last November, my husband [businessman Riad Erraji, 31] and I had dinner on our own private island. We watched the sun set and had mussels, fresh fish and sorbet. It was a really clear night and the stars were incredible.
What do you like to drink?
I love tea! If I’m out, I’ll have strawberry daiquiris, champagne, or Jack Daniels.

Nutritionist Barbara Wilson says:
“There is excellent stuff here, like fresh fish and fruit, and it’s good Natasha grills rather than fries food. But she eats a lot of high-fat foods like butter, cheese, sausages and puddings. A high-fat diet can damage the heart and blood vessels over time, so she should limit her fatty favourites and swap to lower-fat alternatives.”
