'Madonna and Alex are more than just friends'

And the rumour mill surrounding Madonna’s marriage goes on, and on, and on… Now the wife of baseball star Alex Rodriguez, Cynthia, has fled the country and is hiding in Lenny Kravitz’ Parisian apartment (er, how random?).
Despite Madge’s and Alex’ furious denials of their alleged affair, Cynthia doesn’t believe they’re just friends. Apparently her husband’s late night visits to the singer’s Upper West Side apartment were the final straw in their break up after months of marital problems.
Now speculations are rife about Krevitz’ role in the whole drama – but he washes his hands of any involvement: "There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself," he told Usmagazine.com in a statement.
"This is unequivocally 100% not true. Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex's trainer, his wife and their baby girl."
Funnily enough, Krevitz was romantically linked to Madonna way back in 1990 when they collaborated on her song Justify My Love.
You know, Closer wishes they would just put their cards on the table for once and for all, so we can stop writing about it!
